IT Support Request

Phone Key
Programming

Submit your Multi-Purpose Key (MPK) mappings to our support team.

Your Information
Before You Begin

★ The full form is intended for first-time mapping. If you are adding a button or replacing an existing button, you only need to fill out the relevant button. Please note whether this is a replacement or an addition in the Notes box at the bottom.

The button numbers run top-left down, then top-right down. For example: top-left = 1, bottom-left = 4, top-right = 5, bottom-right = 8. The numbers continue this pattern on the second page — top-left on page 2 = 9, and so on.

Multi-Purpose Key Mappings
Fill in each key you want programmed. Type sets the key function — Busy Lamp Field (BLF) is used for internal company extensions, Speed Dial (SD) dials a number directly, i.e. an external number such as a cell phone or company direct contact number. Name is the label that appears on your phone display. Number is the extension or full phone number to dial — be sure to include the area code for external numbers. Leave a row blank to skip that key. Add rows at the bottom if you have a sidecar.
